It's been a very busy 2011 for Charles so far.
He has been asked by the Alzheimer's Society to become a celebrity ambassador in the UK, and he's been approached by Anti aging organisations in Australia and the US to speak at their conferences. Plus working as an ambassador for INJOY it's tough to fit in the training that's underway for the World Masters Regatta!
If that wasn't enough Charles has been interviewed by 2 National newspapers in the UK, national radio and fitness and lifestyle magazines, reports will be posted on here once they been published.
Charles has also created a facebook fanpage and a twitter page so that his fans around the world can be kept up to date with the very latest developments in Charles' training and life in general. The links to these can be found on the homepage.
Here is some of the media coverage about Charles this year. There is much more to come!
